On December 9, 2020, CANDRIAM and New York Life Investments Alternatives announced a strategic partnership with Kartesia Management SA.
Under the terms of the agreement, CANDRIAM and New York Life Investments Alternatives (“NYLIA”) will form a strategic partnership with Kartesia Management SA (“Kartesia”) and acquire a minority stake in Kartesia. Further terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
CANDRIAM, based in Luxembourg, is a global multi-asset manager and a recognized pioneer and leader in sustainable investing. CANDRIAM has approximately EUR 128 billion of assets under management.
NYLIA, based in New York, is a registered investment adviser that provides comprehensive capital solutions and other alternative strategies to a broad range of institutional clients. NYLIA manages over $30 billion.
Kartesia, based in the United Kingdom, is a European specialist provider of private capital solutions for small and mid-sized companies. Kartesia has more than EUR 2.5 billion of assets under management.
