Caprock to Acquire Venturi
On July 14, 2026, Caprock announced its planned acquisition of Venturi Private Wealth.
Caprock (“Caprock”) announced, on July 14, 2026, its planned acquisition of Venturi Private Wealth (“Venturi”). The acquisition will bring approximately 30 employees to Caprock. Venturi will operate under the Caprock name following the acquisition. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Caprock, based in Boise, Idaho, is a registered investment adviser providing wealth and asset management services to high-net-worth clients. Caprock oversees approximately $16 billion in assets under management.
Venturi, based in Austin, Texas, is a registered investment advisor specializing in financial planning for professionals and multigenerational families. Venturi oversees approximately $4 billion in assets under management.
