Clearstead Acquires Philadelphia-based Wealth Team
On July 1, 2026, Clearstead Advisors announced the acquisition of a Philadelphia-based wealth management team from myCIO Wealth Partners.
Clearstead Advisors (“Clearstead”) announced, on July 1, 2026, that it had acquired a Philadelphia-based wealth management team formerly part of myCIO Wealth Partners (the “Team”). Under the terms of the transaction, which closed on June 30, 2026, the nine-person team led by Paul Bracaglia, together with Phil Bonelli, Michael Finelli, Bruce Fenster, and Jackson Davey joined Clearstead. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Clearstead, based in Cleveland, Ohio, is a registered investment adviser that provides wealth management, financial planning, tax planning, family office, and institutional consulting services. Following the transaction, Clearstead advises approximately $68 billion in client assets.
The team, based in Philadelphia, is a wealth management team providing wealth management, retirement plan consulting, and tax services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and retirement plans. As of March 31, 2026, the team, managed approximately $2.6 billion in assets under management and approximately $2.7 billion in additional assets under advisement. Colchester Partners, served as financial advisors to myCIO Wealth Partners in connection with the transaction.
