On October 10, 2023, Bonaccord Capital Partners announced a minority investment in Revelstoke Capital Partners.
Under the terms of the transaction, Bonaccord Capital Partners (“Bonaccord”) has made a passive strategic investment in Revelstoke Capital Partners (“Revelstoke”). Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Bonaccord, based in New York, is a private equity firm focused on acquiring non-controlling equity stakes in middle-market firms spanning private equity, private credit, and real estate and real assets. Bonaccord is a subsidiary of P10.
Revelstoke, based in Denver, is a private equity firm focused on investments in the healthcare sector. Revelstoke manages approximately $5.6 billion in client assets.
