On January 24, 2023, Carson Wealth announced an agreement to acquire White Ember Financial Planning.
Under the terms of the transaction, Carson Wealth (“Carson”) will make an equity investment in White Ember Financial Planning (“White Ember”). White Ember will be known as Carson Wealth Office following the closing of the transaction. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
White Ember based in Nevada, Missouri, is a financial manager primarily serving family clients. White Ember manages approximately $117 million in client assets.
Carson, based in Omaha, Nebraska, is an investment advisory firm. Carson is a part of the Carson Group, which has $20 billion in assets under management.
