Vistria to Invest in Curi Capital
Curi Capital (“Curi”) announced on August 25, 2026, that it will receive a strategic investment from The Vistria Group (“Vistria”). Under the terms of the transaction, which is expected to close in late September 2026, Curi’s, existing name and service model will remain the same. Curi’s current majority owner, Curi Holdings, will remain a significant partner and shareholder in Curi. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Curi, based in Chicago, is a registered investment advisor offering wealth planning and investment advisory services. Curi has approximately $14 billion in assets under advisement.
Vistria, based in Chicago, is a registered investment advisor and middle market private investment firm investing in the healthcare, knowledge and learning solutions, financial services, and housing industries. Vistria has approximately $18 billion in assets under management. William Blair served as financial advisor to Vistria on the transaction.
