Berkshire Global Advisors published its US Traditional Investment Management Industry Trends Q2 2026 Report (the “Report”), analyzing M&A activity in the Investment Management Industry. The Report shows that Q2 2026 marked the lowest quarterly deal activity over the trailing ten quarters, with only one transaction. The Report notes that despite lower deal activity, excluding Q4 2025, aggregate transaction value was $400 million higher than the trailing ten quarter estimated average of $1.5 billion.
