On February 1, 2022, Allworth Financial announced that it had acquired Johanson Financial Advisors.
Under the terms of the transaction, Allworth Financial, L.P. (“Allworth Financial”) acquired Johanson Financial Advisors (“JFA”). Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Allworth Financial, based in Sacramento, California, is a Registered Investment Adviser that has approximately $14 billion in assets under management.
JFA, based in Campbell, California, is a Registered Investment Adviser that manages approximately $480 million in assets.
