Stratos Wealth Acquires Minority Stake in Robert Patti’s Wealth Manager

On March 16, 2022, it was announced that Stratos Wealth Enterprises had acquired a minority stake in Robert Patti’s wealth management firm.

Under the terms of the transaction, Stratos Wealth Enterprises (“Stratos”) acquired a 25% stake in Robert Patti’s (“Patti”) wealth management firm. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Stratos Wealth Holdings, based in Ohio, is a family of companies focused on supporting financial advisors across affiliation structures and business models. Stratos Wealth Holdings includes Stratos Wealth Partners Ltd., Stratos Wealth Advisors, LLC, Fundamentum, LLC, and Stratos Wealth Management, which respectively held $18.61 billion, $2.59 billion, $1.25 billion, and $833 million in assets under management as of December 31, 2021.

Patti, whose firm is based in Georgia, joined Stratos Wealth Partners as an independent advisor in 2013, and managed approximately $280m in advisory assets as of December 31, 2021.
