On September 12, 2023, OneDigital Investment Advisors LLC announced the acquisition of Triad Financial Advisors.
Under the terms of the transaction, OneDigital Investment Advisors LLC (“OneDigital”) acquired Triad Financial Advisors (“Triad”). Financial terms were not disclosed.
OneDigital, based in Atlanta, is a registered investment advisor that provides investment management and financial planning services. OneDigital has over $89 billion in assets under management.
Triad, based in Greensboro, North Carolina, is a wealth management firm offering retirement, estate, tax and investment services to high-net-worth families and individuals. Triad manages approximately $900 million in client assets.
