On January 11, 2022, Mercer Global Advisors, Inc. announced its acquisition of Cordasco Financial Network.
Under the terms of the transaction, Mercer Global Advisors, Inc. (“Mercer Advisors”) will acquire Cordasco Financial Network (“Cordasco”). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Mercer Advisors, based in Denver, Colorado, is a registered investment adviser, specializing in investment advice, corporate trustee and trust administration services, financial and estate planning, and taxes. As of December 31, 2021, Mercer Advisors had approximately $37 billion in client assets.
Cordasco, based in Naples, Florida, is a registered investment adviser, offering financial planning and financial advisement services to clients. Cordasco has approximately $510 million in assets under management.
