DeVoe & Company RIA Deal Book – Q3 2026
DeVoe & Company published its RIA Deal Book for Q3 2026, which analyzes M&A activity among registered investment advisors. The report notes that deal activity declined 17% in Q3 2026, ending a streak of record-setting or record-tying quarters that had continued for the previous seven quarters. Transaction volume totaled 77 deals during the quarter, down from 93 transactions in Q3 2025. Despite this slowdown, the market remains strong overall, with 244 transactions announced through September 2026, which is slightly ahead of last year’s pace.
