Annex to Acquire Marietta
Annex Wealth Management (“Annex”) announced, on October 14, 2026, that it had agreed to acquire Marietta Investment Partners (“Marietta”). The transaction is expected to close in early November. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Annex, based in Brookfield, Wisconsin, is a registered investment advisor offering investment, tax, insurance, and estate planning services to its clients. Annex has approximately $8 billion in client assets.
Marietta, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is a registered investment advisor serving families, individuals, and institutions. Marietta has approximately $765 million in client assets.
