On April 30, 2026, Allworth Financial announced a majority investment from Integrum Holdings, Lightyear Capital, and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.
Allworth Financial (“Allworth”) announced, on April 30, 2026, that Integrum Holdings (“Integrum”) has joined Lightyear Capital (“Lightyear”) and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (“OTPP”) in a majority investment of its firm. Under the terms of the transaction, Allworth’s management team will remain in place, and existing employee and advisor shareholders will continue to have significant ownership of Allworth. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Allworth, based in Folsom, California, is a registered investment advisor offering investment management, financial planning, tax planning and preparation, insurance, 401(k) management and estate planning services. Allworth has approximately $35 billion in assets under management. William Blair & Company and Houlihan Lokey served as financial advisors to Allworth on the transaction.
Integrum, based in New York, is a registered investment advisor and private equity firm that invests in technology-enabled service companies. Integrum has approximately 5.5 billion in assets under management.
Lightyear, based in New York, is a registered investment advisor and private equity firm that partners and invests in companies in the financial services, technology, healthcare and business services sectors. As of December 31, 2025, Lightyear had approximately $8.1 billion in assets under management.
OTPP, based in Toronto, Ontario, is a fully funded defined benefit pension plan that invests in asset classes to deliver retirement securities for working members and pensioners. As of December 31, 2025, OTPP had approximately $279.4 billion in assets under management.
