On June 6, 2023, Hightower Advisors, LLC announced an investment in Boston Hill Advisors, LLC.
Under the terms of the transaction, Hightower Advisors, LLC (“Hightower”) has completed an investment in Boston Hill Advisors, LLC (“Boston Hill”). Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Hightower, based in Chicago, is a hybrid broker-dealer and registered investment adviser that services 34 states and the District of Columbia in a variety of wealth management services. As of March 2023, Hightower had approximately $119.9 billion in assets under management.
Boston Hill, based in North Andover, Massachusetts, is a fee-based registered investment advisor that provides wealth management and financial planning services to high-net-worth clients in the New England area. As of May 2023, Boston Hill had approximately $988.3 million in assets under management.
