On October 3, 2023, Edelman Financial Engines, LLC acquired Align Wealth Management.
Under the terms of the transaction, Edelman Financial Engines, LLC (“Edelman”) acquired Align Wealth Management (“Align Wealth”). The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Edelman, based in Santa Clara, California, offers wealth management including investment management, retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning and small-business solutions. Edelman has $250 billion in assets under management.
Align Wealth, based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is a registered investment advisor that provides financial planning, retirement planning, investment management, and estate planning services. Align Wealth manages over $425 million in client assets. Echelon Partners advised Align Wealth on the transaction.
