ECHELON Partners LLC published the RIA M&A Deal Report for the third quarter of 2023 (the “Report”), analyzing M&A activity among Registered Investment Advisors. The Report shows a surge in quarterly deal volume. There were 86 total transactions announced in Q3 of 2023, making it the most active third quarter on record.
