DeVoe & Company published an RIA M&A Deal Report for the fourth quarter of 2022 (the “Report”), which analyzes M&A activity among Registered Investment Advisors. The Report shows that 2022 was a record year with a slight decrease in the fourth quarter. Although the number of transactions in the fourth quarter slowed, there were more RIA transactions in 2022 than in 2021.
