On November 1, 2023, Choreo, LLC announced the acquisition of the wealth management business of BDO USA.
Under the terms of the transaction, Choreo, LLC (“Choreo”) has acquired the affiliated wealth management business of BDO USA, LLP (“BDO”). The transaction closed on October 31, 2023. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Choreo, based in, Chicago, is an investment management firm with 28 US locations and over 3,600 clients. As of October 2023, Choreo had $15.1 billion in assets under management.
BDO, based in, Chicago, is a registered investment advisor providing accounting and financial services. As of October 2023, BDO had $8.1 billion in assets under management.
