On January 2, 2024, Advanced Retirement Strategies announced that it had joined Carson Partners.
Under the terms of the transaction, Advanced Retirement Strategies (“ARS”) has joined the Carson Partners affiliate network. The deal will see ARS maintain equity in their business and pay Carson Partners a basis point fee for access to its technology stack and investment platform services. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Carson Partners, based in Omaha, Nebraska, is a network for advisors also providing investment advisory services through Carson Wealth Management, LLC, a registered investment advisor. Carson has approximately $30 billion in assets under management.
ARS, based in Kaysville, Utah, is a registered investment advisor and investment management firm providing financial and retirement planning services. ARS has approximately $133 million in assets under management.
