On December 18, 2025, Wealth Enhancement announced its agreement to acquire AEGIS Financial.
Wealth Enhancement announced, on December 18, 2025, that it is to acquire AEGIS Financial (“AEGIS”). The transaction is expected to close on December 31, 2025 and the team at AEGIS will join Wealth Enhancement. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Wealth Enhancement, based in Plymouth, Minnesota, is a registered investment advisor offering financial planning and investment management services. Following the transaction, Wealth Enhancement will have approximately $132.2 billion in client assets.
AEGIS, based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is a registered investment advisor providing financial planning, wealth transfer, investment strategy, retirement tax mitigation, and estate planning services. AEGIS has approximately $468 million in client assets. Wise Rhino acted as advisor to AEGIS on the transaction.
