MarshBerry’s Q3 2026 Wealth M&A Market Update
MarshBerry published an updated Report for the Wealth Advisory Market that analyzes U.S. M&A market structure and transactions. The Report shows that 294 wealth advisory M&A transactions were announced in the U.S. as of September 30, 2026, marking the highest September year to date deal count in the history of U.S. wealth advisory M&A and a 4.6% increase over the same period in 2025. MarshBerry expects full year deal count for 2026 to potentially break the 400-deal threshold.
