DeVoe & Company RIA Deal Book – Q2 2026
DeVoe & Company published its RIA Deal Book for the first half of 2026, which analyzes M&A activity among registered investment advisors. The report highlights a new record in the first half of 2026, with 167 transactions announced through June, surpassing the prior high of 148 transactions by 13%. The report notes that the second quarter produced 74 transactions, 20% down from Q1’s record level of 93 announced transactions. Nonetheless, Q2 was still the strongest second quarter on record, exceeding the previous Q2 high of 73 announced transactions in 2025.
