On June 15, 2023, Hightower Advisors, LLC announced an investment in Meyer Capital Group.
Under the terms of the transaction, Hightower Advisors, LLC (“Hightower”) has acquired a stake in Meyer Capital Group (“Meyer”). Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Hightower, based in Chicago, is a wealth management firm that provides investment, financial and retirement planning services to individuals and institutional investors. As of March 2023, Hightower had approximately $119.9 billion in assets under management.
Meyer, based in Marlton, New Jersey, is a fee-only fiduciary wealth management firm serving wide range of clients including business owners, non-profits, and high-net-worth individuals. At the time of the transaction, Meyer had approximately $1.6 billion in assets under management.
