DeVoe & Company published its RIA Deal Book for the first quarter of 2026, which analyzes M&A activity among Registered Investment Advisors. With 93 transactions announced in the first quarter, 2026 has seen a marked increase in RIA M&A, as 75 deals were posted during the same period last year. Q1 2026 ties Q3 2025 as the most active quarter on record. The RIA Deal Book notes that the market is off to its fastest start ever, with RIA M&A activity up 24% year-over-year.
