On April 8, 2022, Creative Planning LLC announced that it had acquired Heritage Way Advisors.
Under the terms of the transaction, Creative Planning LLC (“Creative Planning”) acquired Heritage Way Advisors (“Heritage Way”). Further terms were not disclosed.
Creative Planning, based in Overland Park, Kansas, is a registered investment adviser specializing in family office and estate planning services. Creative Planning has over $225 billion in assets under advisement.
Heritage Way, based in Illinois, offers wealth management and estate planning services. Heritage Way has over $450 million in assets under management. DeVoe & Co. provided financial advice to Heritage Way on the transaction.
