On March 16, 2026, WisdomTree announced its planned acquisition of Atlantic House Holdings Limited.
WisdomTree announced, on March 16, 2026, its agreement to acquire Atlantic House Holdings Limited (“Atlantic House”). WisdomTree will pay approximately $200 million, subject to customary adjustments. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
WisdomTree, based in New York, is an asset manager that offers a diverse suite of exchange-traded products, models and solutions. As of March 2026, WisdomTree had $157 billion in assets under management.
Atlantic House, based in London, is an investment manager specializing in derivatives and focusing its services on global multi-asset investors. Atlantic House has approximately $5.5 billion in assets under management. Piper Sandler & Company served as financial advisor to Atlantic House in the transaction.
