WisdomTree, Inc. (“WisdomTree”) announced, on July 31, 2025, its acquisition of Ceres Partners, LLC (“Ceres”). WisdomTree will pay $275 million in cash, with up to $225 million earn-out consideration payable in 2030, continent on compound annual revenue growth of 12-22% measured over five years. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
WisdomTree (NYSE: WT), based in New York City, is an asset manager that offers a diverse suite of exchange-traded products, models and solutions. As of August 2025, WisdomTree had $130 million in assets under management.
Ceres, based in South Bend, Indiana, is a registered investment advisor focused exclusively on food and agriculture. Ceres has approximately $1.85 billion in assets under management. Berkshire Global Advisors served as financial advisor to Ceres on the transaction.
