Willis Towers Watson to Acquire Integra Capital Limited

On November 2, 2018, Willis Towers Watson announced it entered into an agreement to acquire Integra Capital Limited.

Integra Capital Limited (“Integra Capital”) and Willis Towers Watson (“WTW”) had previously entered into a strategic alliance. Under the terms of the agreement, Integra Capital will become a wholly owned subsidiary of WTW. Graham Rennie, Integra Capital’s CEO, will continue to lead Integra Capital and will report to WTW’s Canadian Delegated Investment Solutions business. The transaction is expected to close in early 2019 and will be subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.

WTW (NASDAQ: WLTW) is a London-based advisory, insurance brokerage and risk management company.

Integra Capital is a Canadian asset management firm specializing in providing investment management solutions to pension funds, trust funds, foundations and endowments.
