On September 15, 2022, Wealth Enhancement Group announced the acquisition of Sadoff Investment Management.
Under the terms of the agreement, Wealth Enhancement Group has acquired all assets of Sadoff Investment Management (“Sadoff”). Financial terms were not disclosed.
Wealth Enhancement Group, based in Minneapolis, is a registered investment advisor offering financial services for individuals and families. Wealth Enhancement Group has $57.7 billion in assets under management.
Sadoff is a Milwaukee-based independent Registered Investment Advisor with $1.6 billion in client assets under management.
