On September 8, 2022, Wealth Enhancement Group announced the acquisition of Pinnacle Private Wealth.
Under the terms of the agreement, Wealth Enhancement Group has acquired all the assets of Pinnacle Private Wealth (“Pinnacle”) Financial terms were not disclosed.
Wealth Enhancement Group, based in Minneapolis, is a registered investment advisor offering financial services to individuals and families. Wealth Enhancement Group has $57.7 billion in assets under management.
Pinnacle is a Burlington, Massachusetts based Registered Investment Advisor serving high-net-worth individuals and business owners. Pinnacle had over $663 million in client assets under management as of September 8, 2022.
