Wealth Enhancement announced, on November 4, 2025, its acquisition of Wise Wealth. Under the terms of the deal, which closed on October 31, 2025, Wise Wealth brings 12 professionals, including six advisors, to Wealth Enhancement. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Wealth Enhancement, based in Plymouth, Minnesota, is a registered investment advisor and independent wealth management firm that offers financial planning and investment management services. As of September 2025, Wealth Enhancement had approximately $124.5 billion in client assets.
Wise Wealth, based in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, is an independent registered investment advisor offering financial planning and wealth management services, with a focus on retiree and pre-retiree clients. As of June 2025, Wise Wealth had approximately $464 million in client assets.
