Wealth Enhancement announced, on March 3, 2026, that it acquired The H Group and its affiliated practice, FocusPoint Solutions. FocusPoint Solutions will incorporate into the newly formed RIA, Advisory Solutions Group, an affiliate of Wealth Enhancement. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Wealth Enhancement, based in Plymouth, Minnesota, is a registered investment advisor offering financial planning and investment management services. Following the transaction, Wealth Enhancement will have approximately $142.6 billion in client advisory, trust, and brokerage assets.
The H Group and FocusPoint Solutions, based in Portland, Oregon, are registered investment advisors, with The H Group offering wealth management services and FocusPoint Solutions providing RIA outsourcing services. As of December 31, 2025, The H Group and FocusPoint Solutions collectively had approximately $6.7 billion in client assets. Houlihan Lokey served as advisor on the transaction.
