Wealth Enhancement announced, on December 9, 2025, its acquisition of L.M. Kohn & Company (“L.M. Kohn”). Under the terms of the transaction, L.M. Kohn’s 23 employees will join Wealth Enhancement. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Wealth Enhancement, based in Plymouth, Minnesota, is a registered investment advisor and independent wealth management firm that offers financial planning and investment management services. As of November 2025, Wealth Enhancement had approximately $128.8 billion in client assets.
L.M. Kohn, based in Cincinnati, Ohio, is a registered investment advisor specializing in financial planning and small business consulting. As of December 2025, L.M. Kohn had approximately $2.2 billion in client assets. ECHELON Partners served as the exclusive financial advisor to L.M. Kohn in the transaction.
