Wealth Enhancement announced, on March 5, 2026, that it acquired an advisor team from TFB Advisors (the “Archer Team”). Under the terms of the transaction, which closed on February 27, 2026, the team of six advisors and four support staff joined Wealth Enhancement. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Wealth Enhancement, based in Plymouth, Minnesota, is a registered investment advisor offering financial planning and investment management services. Following the transaction, Wealth Enhancement will have approximately $143.8 billion in client assets.
The Archer Team, formerly a part of TFB Advisors, a registered investment advisor based in Overland Park, Kansas, provides financial planning, investment management, retirement income planning, and estate preservation services. The Archer Team manages approximately $1.2 billion in client assets. Houlihan Lokey served as advisor on the transaction.
