On December 12, 2022, Wavery Advisors announced the acquisition of Sandifer Wealth Management.
Under the terms of the transaction, Waverly Advisors (“Waverly”) acquired Sandifer Wealth Management (“Sandifer”) in a transaction that closed on December 9, 2022. The transaction was Waverly’s fourth of 2022. Further terms were not disclosed.
Waverly, based in Birmingham, Alabama, is a registered investment advisor serving high-net-worth clients. Waverly has over $5.6 billion in client assets under management.
Sandifer, based in Mobile, Alabama, is a registered investment advisor offering financial planning and asset management services. Sandifer has approximately $200 million in client assets under management.
