On July 19, 2023, Verdence Capital Advisors announced the acquisition of Vantage Private Wealth.
Under the terms of the agreement, Verdence Capital Advisors (“Verdence”) will acquire wealth management firm Vantage Private Wealth (“Vantage”). Further terms of the deals were not disclosed.
Verdence, based in Hunt Valley, Maryland, is an independent wealth advisory firm offering family office services. Verdence has approximately $3.4 billion in assets under management.
Vantage, based in Naples, Florida, is a wealth manager offering financial planning, portfolio management, and credit underwriting services. Vantage manages approximately $90.9 million in client assets.
