On April 5, 2022, Ulrich Investment Consultants acquired Strategic Wealth Management.
Under the terms of the transaction, Ulrich Investment Consultants (“Ulrich”) acquired Strategic Wealth Management (“Strategic Wealth”). The transaction was financed with a combination of cash and earnout for the staff of Strategic Wealth. Further terms were not disclosed.
Ulrich, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is a registered investment adviser serving high net-worth individuals. Ulrich also specializes in serving Native American tribes. Ulrich is backed by Seward & Kissel client Emigrant Partners.
Strategic Wealth, based in Kirkland, Washington, is also a registered investment adviser specializing in services to Native American tribes. Strategic Wealth has over $800 million in assets under management.
