Uberior Investment and Kenmore Private Equity Sell Braveheart Stakes

On June 24, 2011, Business.scotsman.com reported that Uberior Investments and Kenmore Private Equity have sold their stakes in investment management group Braveheart Investment Group plc as part of a major shareholder restructuring of the AIM-quoted company.


On June 24, 2011, Business.scotsman.com reported that Uberior Investments and Kenmore Private Equity have sold their stakes in Braveheart Investment Group plc.  Braveheart is an AIM-quoted investment management group based in Perth, Australia that specializes in high growth business on behalf of business angels and high net-worth individuals.  The private equity arm of Bank of Scotland, Uberior Investments, which is now part of Lloyds Banking Group, sold approximately 1.4 million Braveheart shares at 15p.  Kenmore, part of the Edinburgh, Scotland-based Kenmore property empire, also sold its stake of 2.5 million shares.  The transaction is part of a major shareholder restructuring of Braveheart.
