On July 20, 2022, Transform Wealth, LLC announced an agreement to purchase Strategic Capital Advisers, Inc.
Under the terms of the transaction, Transform Wealth, LLC (“Transform Wealth”) has agreed to purchase Strategic Capital Advisers, Inc. (“SCA”). The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2022, subject to regulatory and other approvals. Terms were not disclosed.
Transform Wealth, based in Denver, is an investment advisory firm serving high net worth individuals and families. Transform Wealth manages approximately $1.6 billion in assets.
SCA, also based in Denver, is a registered investment adviser with approximately $719.8 million in client assets under management.
