Transform Wealth LLC (“Transform”) announced, on September 26, 2024, that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Custom Portfolio Group LLC (“CPG”). The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024, subject to customary closing conditions. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Transform, based in Denver, is an independent, fee-only financial planning and investment advisory firm offering a range of wealth management, investment management and financial planning services to high-net-worth individuals and families. As of September 2024, Transform had $2.5 billion in total client assets.
CPG, based in Denver, is an independent investment management and wealth planning firm offering services to individuals, families, non-profit organizations, and businesses. As of September 2024, CPG had $175 million in assets under management. Turkey Hill Management, LLC served as advisor to CPG on the transaction.
