On October 11, 2023, Titan Wealth Holdings announced the acquisition of Prism Financial Advice.
Under the terms of the transaction, Titan Wealth Holdings (“Titan”) has acquired Prism Financial Advice Ltd. (“Prism”). Financial terms were not disclosed.
Titan, based in London, is a discretionary asset manager offering execution, custody, clearing and wealth management services to broker dealers, family offices and wealth managers. Titan manages approximately £12 billion in client assets.
Prism, based in Gateshead, UK, is an independent wealth manager offering financial planning services including pension and retirement advice. Prism has over £630 million in assets under management.
