Tikehau and Italmobiliare Bid for Fondo Italiano d’Investimento

On June 22, 2017, Tikehau Capital announced that, as part of a joint venture with Italmobiliare S.p.A., it had submitted a binding offer for 100% of the LP interests in Fondo Italiano d’Investimento.

If the offer is accepted, the acquisition would align with the investment goals of the joint venture between Tikehau Capital (“Tikehau”) and Italmobiliare S.p.A. (“Italmobiliare”). Specifically, the joint venture provides economic and strategic support to 23 medium-size Italian companies.

Fondo Italiano d’Investimento’s portfolio consists of minority stakes in 23 companies, in the manufacturing, food, services and IT industries.

Tikehau Capital, a French asset management and investment group, manages €10.3 billion in assets, with 170 employees in Paris, London, Brussels, Madrid, Milan, Seoul and Singapore.

Italmobiliare is an Italian investment company that holds and manages more than €2 billion in assets.
