Tiedemann Group and Alvarium Investments Announce Transaction to Form Alvarium Tiedemann Holdings

On September 20, 2021, it was announced that The Tiedemann and Alvarium groups intend to combine with Cartesian Growth Corporation, a special purpose acquisition company, to form Alvarium Tiedemann Holdings (“Alvarium Tiedemann” or “AlTi”), creating a leading independent, global wealth and asset manager providing entrepreneurs, multi-generational families, institutions and emerging next-generation leaders with fiduciary capabilities as well as alternative investment strategies and strategic advisory services.
