Thomas Miller Investment to Acquire Broadstone’s Wealth Management Business

On September 25, 2014, Thomas Miller Investment announced that it had reached an agreement to acquire the wealth management business of Broadstone for an undisclosed amount.


On September 25, 2014, Thomas Miller Investment Ltd. announced that it had reached an agreement to acquire the wealth management business of Broadstone Wealth Management Limited for an undisclosed consideration. The transaction is subject to Financial Conduct Authority approval. The combined business will manage approximately £2.8B of assets and have 90 employees across seven locations.

Broadstone provides wealth management services to private clients, pension funds, charities, and companies through its offices in Glasgow, Southampton, Birmingham, Chelmsford, and London. Broadhaven manages £400 million in assets.

Thomas Miller Investment provides services to institutions and private clients through its offices in London, Edinburgh and the Isle of Man. It manages £2.4B in assets.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
