Syndicate Sells Fixed Income Businesses to Hume Capital

On April 27, 2011, Syndicate Asset Management Plc announced the sale of its subsidiary, EPIC Investment Partners Limited, to Hume Capital LLP for up to £2.1 million.


On April 27, 2011, Syndicate Asset Management Plc announced the sale of its institutional fixed income asset management businesses to Hume Capital LLP for up to £2.1 million.  The sale includes EPIC Investment Partners Limited and its trading subsidiary, EPIC Asset Management Limited.  The purchase price consists of £0.35 million in cash at closing, the writing-off of an existing £1.25 million loan, and up to £0.5 million in cash on the anniversary of closing, conditional upon performance.  Hume Capital is an independently owned UK investment firm.  The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
