Summit Financial, LLC (“Summit”) announced, on December 12, 2024, its strategic investment in Midway Wealth Partners (“Midway”). Midway will continue to operate with its original leadership and core team. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Summit, based in Parsippany, New Jersey, is a registered investment advisor specializing in advanced financial planning, investment management and insurance services. As of December 2024, Summit had approximately $11.5 billion in regulatory assets under management.
Midway, based in Arlington Heights, Illinois, is a financial planner offering comprehensive wealth management services, including financial planning, investment management, insurance solutions, trust and estate tax planning, business transition and succession planning. As of the closing, Midway had approximately $550 million in assets under management.
