Stonehage Fleming to Acquire OmniArte

On June 12, 2017, the Stonehage Fleming announced an agreement to acquire OmniArte, a Swiss art management and advisory firm.

Under the terms of the agreement, OmniArte founder Maria de Peverelli will assume the newly created role of Executive Chairman of the Stonehage Fleming Art Management Division. Stonehage Fleming will add two art registrars and research professionals to its Zurich office.

Founded in 2005, OmniArte serves a European client base, providing advice to clients on art acquisition and maintenance.

Stonehage Fleming is a multi-family office, and its Art Management Division, launched in 2007, manages art collections worth several billion pounds.
