On November 21, 2023, Steward Partners Global Advisory announced that it had acquired Miller Family Wealth Management.
Under the terms of the transaction, Steward Partners Global Advisory, LLC (“Steward”) announced that it acquired Miller Family Wealth Management (“Miller”). Charles Miller, Managing Director, and Simone Jones, Partner, and Vice President, will be joining Steward. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Steward, based in Washington D.C., is an employee-owned, full-service independent partnership catering to family, institutional, and multigenerational wealth. As of August 2023, Steward had approximately $30 billion in assets under management.
Miller, based in Dalton and Kennesaw, Georgia, is an independent wealth management firm focusing on high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. As of November 2023, Sunshine had approximately $275 million in assets under management.
