Steward Partners Global Advisory ("Steward") announced, on May 5, 2026, its acquisition of Jazz Wealth Managers ("Jazz Wealth"). Jazz Wealth joins Steward with a team of eight professionals. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Steward, headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, is an employee-owned independent financial services firm that provides wealth management solutions, including comprehensive wealth planning, investment advisory, portfolio management, retirement planning, private banking, institutional consulting, and business solutions. As of March 2026, Steward had approximately $50 billion in client assets under management.
Jazz Wealth, based in Largo, Florida, is a registered investment adviser, providing personalized investment management and portfolio management services to individuals and institutional clients. Jazz Wealth has approximately $450 million in client assets. Dynasty Investment Bank served as Jazz Wealth’s exclusive financial advisor on the transaction.
